We are currently working on getting the shopping cart feature of our website functional. Until then, please send us an e-mail to Rhtclinc@aol.com when you are ready to place an order. Please include the following information:
- Name and Address
- Resale Certificate Number (if applicable for California deliveries)
- Ship to Address for the Order
- Quantity of each fixture to be ordered - please specify the quantity for each different finish
We will then e-mail back with an Order Confirmation / Invoice with the total amount due including shipping charges and California sales tax if applicable. We will also provide you with an estimated completion date for the order. If the estimated completion date is less than 2 weeks, we recommend sending in a check for payment in full - that way the order will ship out as soon as it is completed. If the estimated completion date is more than 2 weeks, you are welcome to send in a 50% deposit check and then we will notify you a week before the order is complete so you can send in the final balance. For your convenience, wire transfers are an option as well - just let us know & we will send you wiring instructions. Until we get our shopping cart featured up & working, we will not be able to accept credit card payments. However, digital payments such as PayPal are an option.
